Our Story
Cafe 675 was born from a simple conviction: that the best cups — whether espresso or old-fashioned — are made by people who care about the craft. We opened our doors on 10th Street to give Alamogordo a space where quality isn't an afterthought.
By day, our baristas pull shots from carefully sourced beans, pour custom blends, and prepare food that honors the Southwest palate. By night, the same space transforms — the lighting softens, the music shifts, and our cocktail program takes center stage.
This isn't a chain. It's not a franchise. It's a neighborhood institution that believes every visit should feel like the first — and the last — time you've had a drink this well made.
